At Odyssey, we don't just coach volleyball—we build leaders! Our Regional Teams offer an unparalleled experience designed to enhance skills, promote cohesive teamwork, and empower young individuals within our community.
The Commitment
- Duration: A full, intensive season running from December through June.
- Focus: Expect a challenging and rewarding balance of high-level competition and commitment. While we ensure an engaging, fun atmosphere, dedication is key. Athletes are expected to attend every practice ready to grow, learn, and master every challenge.
- Travel: This team involves travel, including farther distances and occasional overnight stays for multi-day tournaments.

| What is included in the fee? |
Comprehensive Team Package: At least four to five 1-day local tournaments (within a 2–3 hour radius) and at least two multi-day tournaments (2–3 days). Includes two custom jerseys per year, 2–3 practices/trainings per week (including mandatory yoga/conditioning), and expert instruction from our knowledgeable coaches. |
| What if my athlete doesn't make a Regional Team? |
Every athlete has a home at Odyssey. Those not placed on a Regional team will be assigned to a Local Team, ensuring everyone has the opportunity to play and develop. |
| What are the outside costs? |
Families are responsible for hotel accommodations during multi-day tournaments, personal travel expenses, and spectator entry fees at all events. (Athletes must provide their own spandex/leggings, kneepads, and volleyball shoes.) |
| What is the expected travel distance? |
Travel ranges from 1 hour up to 10 hours for out-of-state tournaments. Please note that participation in 2-3 day tournaments may require early departure from school on Fridays. |
| When is the tournament schedule released? |
Schedules are finalized and released once teams are set. Our coaches customize their tournament selections to best fit their travel boundaries and time contraints, ensuring a unique and optimal season experience. |
